From the CEO

When I founded this amazing business in May of 1993 I was sure of one thing; business owners in California who had employees needed and wanted assistance. Since inception, my goal has been to ensure that the unique needs of each of our clients are met, not only with a highly trained staff skilled in HR, payroll, workers' compensation and benefits, but by people who are passionate about helping our clients succeed. My greatest source of pride is the quality of CSL's people and services. Business owners choose our company because they believe we can make a difference and improve their bottom line.

Our focus is exclusively on business in California, one of the most litigious states in areas of employer liability, compliance and mandated insurances. Our unique ability to expertly navigate this legal minefield has earned us countless referrals from our clients — our main source of marketing for over a decade.
